针对薄基材应用过程的缺陷,如箔区打皱、箔材断带等,利元亨涂布机采用全弧形烘箱布局,配合6段张力控制,同时配套特有的风嘴结构,有效的解决了薄基材的应用痛点;另外在干燥方面,可选配红外辅助加热,能有效提高干燥效率,降低能耗。

In addition, in terms of drying, infrared auxiliary heating is optional, which can effectively improve drying efficiency and reduce energy consumption.

利元亨针对极片切割、粉尘处理以及极耳翻折三大主要痛点做了技术创新和工艺优化。利元亨独创的复合切腔体结构技术,兼容了“背板切+悬空切”的结构优势,设备稳定运行72H无粉尘堆积,极片抖动控制在±0.3mm ;低风阻式管道设计+风速负压仿真,不断优化管道零件结构,科学的除尘顺序保证极片表面无>10μm粉尘颗粒;匹配多种压筋轮结构,适应不同种类极耳蓝本;部分大包角过辊使用环形风刀吹拂,使极耳无视重量贴紧过辊表面,全包围夹层式极耳导向片有效防止极耳在走带过程中产生月牙、翻折情况。

Lyric's original composite cutting cavity structure technology is compatible with the structural advantages of "backplane cutting and suspension cutting". The equipment runs stably for 72H without dust accumulation, and the electrode jitter is controlled at ± 0.3mm. Low wind resistance pipe design and wind speed and negative pressure simulation, continuously optimize the structure of pipe parts. The scientific dust removal sequence ensures that there are no dust particles > 10μm on the surface of the pole piece. It is matched with a variety of rib pressing wheel structures to adapt to different kinds of polar models. Some rolls with large wrap angle are blown with an annular wind knife to make the lug close to the roll surface regardless of the weight. The fully enclosed sandwich lug guide piece effectively prevents the lug from crescent moon and folding during the strip running.

Power winding is safe and efficient, adding new force to the expansion of energy storage cells在利元亨极片追切技术中,追切时间为0.2s,卷芯时间节约1.3s以上,有效减少时耗;采用辊送预卷控制,实现预卷阶段卷针不停,自动化程度高,有效提升效率;闭环纠偏控制技术与基材分离卷绕技术联动,提升极片对齐度;其除尘系统设备内粉尘控制标准达到千级以上,有效防止卷绕过程中容易出现极片掉粉、极片涂层自身剥离等问题。

In the pole piece chase cutting technology, the chase cutting time is 0.2 s, the core winding time is saved by more than 1.3s, which effectively reduces the time consumption; the roller feeding pre-rolling control is adopted to realize the non-stop winding needle in the pre-rolling stage, which effectively improves the efficiency; slice alignment.
