01 2022年广东省激光设备安装调试职业技能竞赛圆满落幕!
2月25日至26日,广东省激光设备安装调试职业技能竞赛在利元亨总部举行。此次竞赛由广州市职业能力建设指导中心指导,广东省光电技术协会主办,利元亨承办。
此次竞赛中,来自广东省内多所院校的选手同台竞技,比赛内容包含理论考核和实操比赛,其中实操比赛考核的模块有设备部件(器件)安装与调试、激光加工工艺文件编制、激光产品加工与质量检验等方面,通过多场景及多任务模块组合,展现选手对激光专业知识和实操技能的掌握。
闭幕式上,利元亨董事长兼总经理周俊雄先生表示,“通过竞赛,打造了一个集学技术、练硬功、展技能的激光技艺平台,挖掘选拔出了一批专业素质扎实、技术能力突出的能工巧匠,每位选手都是经过层层选拔、脱颖而出的种子选手。”本次竞赛,利元亨有幸参与其中,必将以建设高技能人才队伍为使命,利用公司在激光焊接、激光模切、激光清洗及激光增材等技术领域优势,同时不断加大研发投入力度,为激光行业发展、激光产品和技术的迭代升级以及激光技能人才队伍的建设添砖加瓦,为中国智造贡献力量。
02 人才培育丨打造职业技能大赛IP,助力建设技能型社会
在人才职业技能培养方面,利元亨紧紧围绕机械设计、机械装配、程序调试、电气装配、视觉技术、激光工艺六大工种,以“建立科学的、适应智能制造高速发展现状、行业认同的人才标准评价体系”为核心,以“工程师学社事业部”为学习交流平台,强化人才职业技能培训,提升人才职业素养。

01 2022 Guangdong Laser Equipment Installation and Commissioning Vocational Skills Competition ended successfully!
From February 25 to 26, the Laser Equipment Installation & Debugging Vocational Skills Competition of Guangdong was held at the headquarters of Lyric. Under the guidance of Guangzhou Vocational Competence Construction Guidance Center, it was hosted by Guangdong Photoelectric Technology Association and held by Lyric.
During competition, contestants from many colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have played on the same stage, with contents covering theoretical examination and practical contest. The modules of the practical contest included the installation & debugging of equipment parts (components), the compiling of laser manufacturing process documents, and laser products’ manufacturing & quality inspection, etc. Through the combination of multi-scenes and multi-task modules, the contestants demonstrated their mastery of laser professional knowledge and practical skills.
At the closing ceremony, Mr. Zhou Junxiong, chairman and general manager of Lyric, said, "Through the competition, we have created a laser technology platform for learning technology, practicing hard work and developing skills. We have excavated and selected a number of skilled craftsmen with solid professional quality and outstanding technical ability. Each player is a seed player who has been selected and stood out from the crowd." Having been honored to participate in this competition, Lyric shall take the construction of a highly skilled talent team as its mission and make use of its advantages in technical fields of laser welding, laser die-cutting, laser cleaning and laser additives etc. Meanwhile, it would continuously increase its investment in research & development, contribute to the development of the laser industry, the iterative upgrading of laser products & technologies as well as the construction of the laser skill talent team, in order to make its contribution to the Intelligent Manufacturing in China.
02 Talent cultivation| Create a professional skills competition IP, and help to build a skill-based society
In terms of talent vocational skill training, Lyric closely focuses on six types of work, namely, mechanical design, mechanical assembly, program commissioning, electrical assembly, visual technology, and laser technology, and takes "establishing a scientific talent standard evaluation system that adapts to the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing and industry recognition" as the core, and "Engineering Society Business Department" as the learning and exchange platform to strengthen talent vocational skill training and improve talent professional quality.
At present, Lyric has obtained the qualification of "independent evaluation and social training evaluation of vocational skill level enterprises", and has invested more than 50 million RMB to build a training base of more than 4000 m2, continuously providing skills training and evaluation services for internal staff and social personages with teaching socialization and multi-dimensional teaching scenes, deepening the integration of "production and education evaluation", helping to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in the intelligent manufacturing industry, and helping to build a skill-based society.
