培育技能人才,赋能企业高质量发展丨2022年广东省工业视觉检测职业技能竞赛圆满落幕!

3月23日至26日,“2022年广东省工业视觉检测职业技能竞赛”在广州市机电技师学院举行。本次竞赛由广东利元亨智能装备股份有限公司主办,广州市机电技师学院承办。此次竞赛分职工组和学生组,吸引了省内多家职业技能院校的44名职工、学生参赛。

本次大赛为省内各职业技能院校搭建了交流竞技的平台,有利于提高工业视觉检测领域从业人员的技能水平和职业素养,有利于进一步加快工业视觉系统运维人才队伍建设,进而将人才优势转化为发展优势,助力企业高质量发展及加快建设技能型社会。

大赛同期,利元亨与广州市机电技师学院举行校企合作座谈会,利元亨研究院杜义贤院长与广州市机电技师学院吴洪东院长签署校企战略合作协议。根据协议约定,双方将发挥各自资源优势,在高技能人才培养、职业培训、师资培训、产学研合作、学生实习就业等方面展开合作,合力建设智能制造、智能检测行业高技能人才队伍。

From March 23rd to 26th, the "2022 Guangdong Industrial Visual Inspection Vocational Skills Competition" was held at Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College. This competition is sponsored by Guangdong Lyric Robot Automation Co., Ltd. and hosted by Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College. The competition was divided into employee and student groups, attracting 44 employees and students from multiple vocational and technical colleges in the province to participate.

This competition has established a platform for communication and competition among vocational and technical colleges in the province, which is conducive to improving the skill level and professional literacy of employees in the field of industrial visual inspection, further accelerating the construction of the industrial visual system operation and maintenance talent team, and further transforming talent advantages into development advantages, helping enterprises develop high quality, and accelerate the construction of a skilled society.

During the same period of the competition, Lyric held a school-enterprise cooperation forum with Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College. Du Yixian, President of Lyric Research Institute, and Wu Hongdong, President of Guangzhou Mechanical and Electrical Technician College signed a school-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will exert their respective resource advantages to cooperate in the cultivation of highly skilled talents, vocational training, teacher training, industry-university-research cooperation, and student internship employment, and jointly build a team of highly skilled talents in the intelligent manufacturing and intelligent inspection industries.
