春风化雨润万物,花开蝴蝶生机勃勃。2023年利元亨第一届人力资源知识竞赛在一期工业园顺利举行,参赛选手们同台竞技,充分展示了HR们的专业技能与服务能力。
本次比赛分为初赛(笔试)和决赛两个阶段。在初赛中,44位选手沉着答题,最终决出18位成绩优异的HR进入到决赛中。
人才资源中心副总监张总、人才资源中心企业文化部徐经理、人才资源中心薪酬绩效部黄经理、人才资源中心人才引进部张经理、人才资源中心培训管理部谌经理等评委都出席了本次竞赛的决赛之夜。
决赛设置了抢答、情景模拟、颁奖仪式等环节,试题涵盖了人资六大工作模块内容,达到了“以赛促学”的效果。在抢答环节中,现场氛围热烈,针对不同模块的工作场景、工作常识,决赛选手们同台竞技,带来了一场精彩的头脑比拼。
经过两小时的角逐,来自人才资源中心的佘工力摘桂冠,亚军和季军则由人才资源中心、PMO的优秀选手们获得。
最后,人才资源中心副总监张总进行了总结致辞。本次竞赛旨在“以赛代训”,营造了良好的人力资源知识学习氛围,加强了利元亨人力资源管理人才队伍建设。在比赛期间,他看到了选手们卓越的业务素质,看到了他们良好、上进的精神风貌,也看到了不同岗位、不同职业的利元亨人的热情、才智和活力。
工欲善其事,必先利其器,各级、各类技能竞赛正在紧锣密鼓地筹备中,利元亨的技能竞技呈百花齐放之势,公司内各部门多方联动,凝心聚力,将利元亨不同岗位、不同工种的战友们团结起来,展示不同的技能人才的风采。

In 2023, the first Lyric Human Resources Knowledge Competition was successfully held in the industrial park phase I. The contestants competed on the same stage, fully demonstrating the professional skills and service capabilities of HR personnel.
The competition is divided into two stages: preliminary (written) and final. In the preliminary competition, 44 contestants calmly answered questions, and finally 18 outstanding HR candidates were selected to enter the finals.
General Manager Zhang, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Center, Manager Xu of the Corporate Culture Department of the Human Resources Center, Manager Huang of the Compensation and Performance Department of the Human Resources Center, Manager Zhang of the Talent Introduction Department of the Human Resources Center, Manager Chen of the Training Management Department of the Human Resources Center, and other judges all attended the final night of the competition.
In the final, there were links such as preemptive answering, scenario simulation, and award ceremony. The test questions covered six work modules of human resources, achieving the effect of "promoting learning through competition.". In the rush to answer session, the atmosphere was warm, and the finalists competed on the same stage for different modules' work scenarios and common sense, bringing about a wonderful mental competition.
After two hours of competition, She Gongli from the Human Resources Center won the championship, while the runner-up and third place were won by the outstanding players from the Human Resources Center and PMO.
Finally, Mr. Zhang, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Center, gave a summary speech. This competition aims to "replace training with competition", create a good learning atmosphere for human resources knowledge, and strengthen the construction of Lyric's human resources management talent team. During the competition, he saw the outstanding professional qualities of the contestants, their good and progressive spirit, and the enthusiasm, intelligence, and vitality of Lyric people from different positions and professions.
To do a good job, workers must first sharpen their tools. All levels and various skill competitions are under intense preparation. The skill competition of Lyric is in full bloom. Various departments within the company are working together to unite their comrades from different positions and types of work to showcase the talents of different skilled talents.
Xi Jinping general secretary once said: "Encourage more workers, especially young people, to take the path of becoming skilled and serving the country with skills, and cultivate more highly skilled talents and craftsmen from large countries." In the future, Lyric will persist in holding various skill competitions, striving to become a benchmark in industry skill competitions. Based on the principle of "promoting learning through competitions, promoting education through competitions, promoting reform through competitions, and promoting construction through competitions", it will vigorously explore skilled talents, providing an important support force for manufacturing in China and creating in China.
