展会同期,“唤醒极限 | 利元亨创新智造发布会”盛大揭幕,发表的超高速圆柱电池组装线解决方案、多种高速组装线解决方案 (直线式、转塔式、磁悬浮)引爆全场焦点,吸引了众多国际客商驻足交流,并就相关4680量产难点、技术优势、产品性能、应用设计与支持、交付周期、销售服务等问题进行了探讨。

4680电池采用大圆柱外壳和无极耳结构,可显著增加续航里程、降低生产成本、提升电池制造速度,但在大规模量产方面存在“卡脖子”难题,如全极耳模切、粉尘控制、揉平、全极耳与集流盘激光焊接等工艺环节存在大规模量产难点,需要借助技术创新进行突破。

The Battery Show Europe 2023 was held at Messe Stuttgart in Germany from May 23rd to 25th. Lyric, as the first-tier enterprise in China's lithium-ion battery equipment industry and one of the world's advanced AI whole factory solutions for lithium-ion batteries, showcased its new energy (lithium-ion, sodium-ion, energy storage, photovoltaic, hydrogen) intelligent manufacturing solutions, intelligent warehousing full scene integrated whole factory solutions, and multiple high-precision, high-speed equipment at the exhibition.

At the same time as the exhibition, the "Awakening the Limits | Lyric Innovative and Intelligent Manufacturing Conference" was grandly unveiled, with the release of the ultra high-speed cylindrical battery cell assembly line solution and various high-speed assembly line solutions (linear, turret, maglev) igniting the focus of the entire venue, attracting numerous international customers to stop by and exchange ideas. Discussions on the difficulties of the mass production of 4680 cells, technical advantages, product performance, application design and support, delivery time as well as sales and service topics were conducted onsite.

The 4680 battery cell adopts a large cylindrical housing and a tab-less structure, which can significantly increase battery range, reduce production costs, and improve battery manufacturing speed. However, there are "bottleneck" problems in large-scale mass production, such as all full-tab notching, dust control, flattening, and laser welding of the full-tab and collector plate, which require technological innovation to break through.

At this exhibition, Lyric released a solution for the ultra high-speed cylindrical battery cell assembly line, which integrates seven core technologies of Lyric, including intelligent perception technology, control technology, execution technology, intelligent warehousing technology, laser application technology, digital technology, and vacuum technology. In terms of laser notching, flattening technology, collector plate fly-welding, anode pole penetration fly-welding, cathode collector plate and housing welding, filling hole sealing rolling grooving process, filling hole laser sealing, sealing pin welding and other processes, we have technological advantages, which can effectively solve the “bottleneck” problem of mass production of 4680 cylindrical batteries, awaken extreme mass production with innovative intelligent manufacturing, and empower the battery to achieve ultimate performance.

In order to promote the green and low-carbon development of global energy and help carbon reach the peak of carbon neutrality, Lyric keeps up with the technology development trend in the intelligent manufacturing industry, constantly upgrades the whole product matrix of new energy intelligent manufacturing, and continues to tackle key core technologies and applications.
