5月31日，利元亨与安徽华晟新能源科技有限公司（以下简称“华晟新能源”）在华晟新能源宣城总部签署HJT整线装备LOI，华晟新能源CEO周丹、高级副总裁徐昕，利元亨副董事长卢淼等出席签约仪式。

华晟新能源是全球领先的高效异质结产品与解决方案提供商，专注于异质结硅片、电池、组件的技术开发应用与产品规模化生产。目前，华晟新能源已拥有5.1GW高效异质结产能，2023年底将实现有效产能20GW+，是目前全球最大的异质结电池与组件制造商。今年4月，华晟新能源还入围胡润研究院发布的2023年全球独角兽榜，成为历届榜单上“最年轻”的光伏独角兽。

此次合作，旨在引入异质结（HJT）电池产线的新技术和工艺、同时降低采购成本、提升华晟新能源的竞争力，华晟新能源正式与利元亨建立战略合作伙伴关系，共同推进异质结技术的持续进步。

On May 31st, Lyric and Anhui HuaSun Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " HuaSun ") signed an HJT full line equipment LOI at the headquarters of HuaSun Xuancheng. Zhou Dan, CEO of HuaSun, Xu Xin, Senior Vice President, and Louise Lu, Vice Chairwoman of Lyric, attended the signing ceremony.

HuaSun is a leading global provider of efficient heterojunction products and solutions, focusing on the technology development, application, and large-scale production of heterojunction silicon wafers, batteries, and components. At present, HuaSun has a high-efficiency heterojunction production capacity of 5.1 GWh, and will achieve an effective production capacity of over 20 GWh by the end of 2023, making it the world's largest manufacturer of heterojunction batteries and components. In April of this year, HuaSun was also included in the 2023 Global Unicorn List released by Hurun Research Institute, becoming the "youngest" photovoltaic unicorn on previous lists.

This cooperation aims to introduce new technologies and processes for heterojunction (HJT) battery production lines, while reducing procurement costs and enhancing the competitiveness of HuaSun. HuaSun has officially established a strategic partnership with Lyric to jointly promote the continuous progress of heterojunction technology.
